ORAL PRESENTATIONS

All oral sessions take place in the Main Lecture Hall.

Audio-Visual Equipments
  The meeting rooms will contain the following audio-visual equipments:

  • LCD projector (presentation PC will not be prepared)
  • Microphone
  • Projection laser pointer
  • Administrator PC
     (Only used for short presentation before the poster session.
       Speakers of oral sessions are supposed to use their own PC.)

No other facilities will be provided. Authors are advised to bring USB flash memory to keep a backup of the presentation file.

Only standard PC-style VGA connections to the LCD projector will be supplied. Presenting authors must bring suitable adaptors required for their computers.

Presenting authors should "check in" with the session chairman at least five minutes before starting the session. Session-staffs will support you. Please note that the time needed for the setup will be subtracted from the time allowed for your presentation.

 

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster sessions are scheduled on afternoon of November 30 and morning of December 1, at the Entrance Hall. Prior to the poster sessions, authors are supposed to perform their 2-min oral presentations in the Main Hall in the order of the program.

Bring a memory stick with your 2-min presentation material to the registration desk. We only accept pdf files. Installation of those files will begin in the afternoon of Nov. 29 and be completed by 11:00 on Nov.30 for session Mo-P and by 8:30 on Dec.1 for session Tu-P.

All posters of session Mo-P are supposed to be posted on the poster board by the end of Lunch Time on Nov. 30, and be removed by the end of session Mo-03 on Nov. 30. Posters remaining at 18:00 on Nov. 30 will be disposed by the secretariat.

All posters of session Tu-P are supposed to be posted on the poster board by the start of session Tu-P on Dec. 1, and be removed by the end of Lunch time on Dec. 1. Posters remaining at 14:00 on Dec. 1 will be disposed by the secretariat.

Dimensions of the poster boards are 120cm wide and 180cm high (4’×6’). Stationaries to display the posters will be provided by MORIS. Each poster will be assigned a board on which the program ID number is displayed. Please display the paper title, author names and affiliations on the poster. Authors should explain and discuss their posters during the poster session.


Dressing
       All participants in the MORIS 2015 do not need to wear formal clothing.
       Light clothing is recommended.
